The chassis is studded with 600 white diamonds, the Apple logo has been recreated using other 53 and the key is made by a 26 carat black deep cut diamond. The back of the phone is also covered in gold, same as the logo’s foundation. As for the screen, it is made of sapphire glass which is more resistant than the usual glass used for a regular smartphone. However, all these gems and gold add 23 grams to the usual weight of an iPhone 5.
