Exclusiv Staff leasing for high class events

The Exclusiv concept belongs to Elena Bragaru and George Dumitrache who, in 2012, joined together the know-how they gained during the time they worked in the hotelier business, the ambition, the experience of some disappointments and they started their own business from scratch. Staff leasing for high-class events had an unexpected success even during recession and it developed other two branches: Excusiv Events and Exclusiv Chefs.

With an initial investment of 12 000 euro and an impressive event portfolio, Elena Bragaru and George Dumitrache have set as their goal to educate the Romanian audience, suffocated by marketing and publicity, which treated every action as an event. Therefore the difference between events and high class events was established. Even if we are talking about product releases, conferences, team-buildings, live cooking shows or exclusive parties, the focus is never on a single element, but on the mixture of networking, entertainment, guests, product and service quality.

George Dumitrache considers that Romanians have a taste for luxury and they seek it in everything they do, but based on the principle “I want high-class events for little money”. And luxury is never cheap, just like quality is not easy to find. Moreover, the biggest problem of event planners is their shallowness, described as “this will do because no one will notice”. When talking about high-class events, this kind of mistakes are not allowed. The cultural level of the guests, the experience and status they detain guarantees that they will notice the slightest error.

The Exclusiv events take place in some of the most luxurious hotels in Bucharest and they gather important names from the business and also the diplomatic domain.
