Even though one may think there is nothing special about water, given the fact that everyone consumes it in order to survive, there are some brands that turned it in a luxury product. The most expensive bottled water in the world costs nothing less than $60.000/750 ml. However, it’s not really the water that puts up the price, although it is gathered from multiple springs all over the world and contains 5mg of gold dust. The bottle isn’t an ordinary one, being a special edition of Fernando Altamirano, based on the work of Amadeo Clemente Modigliani, which is made of 24 karats of solid gold.

The money is donated for raising awarness about global warming.
